Crystoseal employs the method of waterproofing by "Crystalisation". Crystoseal is a waterproofing slurry containing 'waterproofing crystals' which 'grow' into concrete surfaces to create waterproof barrier inside the concrete.

Duroprime ARW is a clear or red water based primer for masonry and building material surfaces used prior to the application of internal membranes. When dry, it forms a pink sealed surface suitable for the application of water based membranes. The pink colouring generally indicates priming has been undertaken, enhancing a QA procedure.

Emer-Coat Clear Sealer is a penetrating , solvent based, clear masonry and concrete binder/sealer. It is used as a primer or sealer coating on fibre cement, masonry, blockwork, brick or other masonry surfaces. It provides an excellent seal over aged, weathered paintwork and will penetrate powdery coatings such as "kalsomine" and "distemper". The product is not affected by the high alkalinity of cementitious and plaster substrates as are some alkyd based primers and sealers.

Emer Proof WB Primer

Emer-Proof WB Primer can be used as a primer/sealer coating on concrete, brick, tilt-up panels etc. Provides an even non absorbent substrate over which can be applied Emer-Proof 680 membrane systems. Used on plywood or particle board flooring.

Multiseal primer is a urethane dissolved in xylene with minimum filler and hence it is more effective than mixing the urethane membrane with xylene. It is stocked in 5 litre and 15 litre metal pails and is pigmented grey.

Plicrete is a single pack cement acrylic waterproofing seal coating which is directly applied to damp walls since it handles multidirectional water movement. It is ideal for water containing structures (ponds, pots, swimming pools).

Pondseal is a water-based polyurethane / acrylic co - polymer, which when fully cured, forms an impervious, flexible and aesthetically pleasing waterproofing membrane which enhances the look of the pond or water feature. It is non-toxic and formulated to be suitable for use with fish and plants. Being liquid applied, Pondseal conforms to any shape and provides seamless 'paint-on' pond liner in a variety of colours.

Primeseal is a two-pack, water- based primer and sealer but Primeseal is more than a primer and more than a sealer. In fact it is the ulitimate in both roles. As aprimer for membranes it provides an exceptional bond coat for almost all porous substrates.

Rocktuff Primer is a moisture curing, single pack, liquid polyurethane penetrating waterproofing primer. It is formulated to compliment the ROCKTUFF range of polyurethane anti - slip protection coatings. The blends of polyurethane resins in the ROCKTUFF and ROCKTUFF PRIMER employ cross - linking technology which provides excellent surface and inter - coat adhesion and increases the bond strength of ROCKTUFF to substrates.

Screedbond SBR is a styrene-butadiene rubber latex emulsion incorporating water retention, water reduction and flow agents. It has been specifically designed as a cement modifier admixture for use with grey or white cement and high alumina cement in cementitious aggregate mixes.

Azcoseal sealer is a solvent based acrylic which may be used to seal and thus waterproof porous surfaces. It is stocked in 4 litre and 20 litre pails. Although not pigmented, it has the effect of darkening the surface.

Duroseal AR is a clear penetrating solvent sealer and primer for concrete and masonry surfaces providing increased hardness. Duroseal AR sealer is a low viscosity solution acrylic binder that penetrates and seals absorbent floors preventing dusting. It has excellent external durability against sunlight, moisture and soiling. Duroseal AR sealer is applied to absorbent building materials such as concrete, slate and sandstone to retain the fresh new appearance by resisting moisture, stains and dirt to give a self cleaning surface.

Duroprime WBE is a water based, two-part epoxy, which is pigmented grey. It enables urethane sealants to strongly bond to bitumen surfaces. It is mainly used as a chemically resistant and waterproof coating suitable for plant rooms.

Duropoxy Hi-build WBE is a two component water based epoxy coating used to prime seal, and coat concrete and masonry surfaces. It cures to a tough chemical and water resistant coating with excellent adhesion to sound concrete.

Showerseal is a clear (water white) liquid sealer formulated to be applied to tiles and grout to create a water barrier against leaks. It is vital that the tiles and grout are sound and not loose or cracked. If so, these should be removed and replaced before using Showerseal.

WB Primer is a water-based Latex/Acrylic Primer. It is ecnomical , general purpose and used on porous substrates to be top coated with water-based waterproofing membranes such as Durabit Ef, Durabit Reo, Durabit Bitumen Free and Azcoflex.
