TUFSEAL - GENERAL PURPOSE PURE ACRYLIC EMULSION SEALER
TUFSEAL is a waterborne fine-particle pure acrylic resin. TUFSEAL is an excellent internal and external roof and walls coating.
TUFSEAL exhibits excellent film properties with clarity, gloss, durability and resistance to blocking, soiling and resistance to algae and fungi.

Average coverage per coat of TUFSEAL as supplied is 5-6 m2/litre.
The surfaces TUFSEAL is to be placed on should be sound and free of dust, oil, mould. Fungi, algae and laitence. Old painted surfaces should be waterblasted and primed with ELASTATAK. See ELASTATAK PDS for details. Roof tiles(clay or concrete) should be primed with TUFSEAL diluted 1:1 with water. Apply one coat at a rate of 8-10m2 per litre. Allow to dry for at least 4 hours before proceeding. Brick and COncrete block should be sealed with one coat of GENPRIME. See GENPRIME PDS for directions.
Apply appropriate sealer as described in PREPARATION. Apply two coats of TUFSEAL at 5-6m2 per litre per coat.
TUFSEAL should be stored in a covered, cool area between 5-300C. The lid should be replaced after decanting or use.
Clean tools with water immediately after use. If TUFSEAL sets as a film, remove with MARCMOVE.
TUFSEAL is sold in packs of 20 and 200 litres.
