Bostik Dampfix PU
One component, highly elastic, class 3, polyurethane waterproofing membrane system that contains no bitumen and complies with AS/NZ 4858. This Technical Data Sheet may be revised, as appropriate, to comply with changes to relevant Australian Standards, reflect changes in Industry best practice in waterproofing procedures or include improvements to current technologies. Bostik Dampfix PU polyurethane waterproofing membrane is specifically formulated for applications where the waterproofing membrane is to be covered by tiling systems laid on an unbonded reinforced screed to falls (ref: Guide to the Installation of Ceramic Tiles - AS3958.1). Crystoflex is a Class 11 flexibility, two part waterproofing membrane comprising of a liquid component of selected polymers and a powder component of selected cements, fillers and aggregates. When mixed together to form a brushable or rollable slurry, it provides a strong, hydrostatic pressure resistant, flexible waterproofing membrane. Crystoflex was formulated for immersed or ponding situations such as the waterproofing of water tanks and water features but is just as suitable for non-immersed applications such as roofs or under-tile waterproofing. Crystoflex complies with: AS/NZS 4020:2002 Testing of Products For Use In Contact With Drinking Water - Australian Water Quality Centre Report Number 4007/92.1595. AS4858 Class 11. Meets the 'Green Star' environmental criteria. In ponds and water features where an aesthetic appearance is required, Crystoflex can be top coated with Primeseal MC which is compatible and enhances the performance of the entire waterproofing system. Crystoflex is suitable for many waterproofing applications, but is particularly useful for areas requiring hydrostatic pressure resistance and immersed applications including: Water retaining structures such as concrete tanks, ponds, pools, fountains and water features. Multithane HV is a tough, durable, elastomeric, single pack, liquid applied, moisture curing, cross-linking, polyurethane waterproofing membrane - usually grey in colour. Multithane HV forms a tough, flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane designed for both vertical and horizontal surfaces that bonds well to most suitably primed building substrates. Multithane HV is formulated as an anti-sag membrane, that although easy to apply by roller or brush, it can be applied on to vertical surfaces without slumping to achieve the require film thicknesses. Bostik Preamseal Bitum Black Polyurethane Membrane
Description One-part, bitumen extended highly elastic, moisture curing, polyurethane membrane. When cured it provides a tough highly elastomeric, impervious barrier to moisture. Suitable for application by brush, roller or trowel. Bitumen modified membranes may bleed over time and cause staining. Therefore it is not recommended for use under tiles or any area where bitumen bleed may discolour the finished surface appearance. TREMproof 60 is a single component, bitumen modified, moisture curing polyurethane fluid applied waterproofing membrane. Usage/Purpose: Roofs, Tunnels. Terraces, Balconies, Plaza Decks, Planter Boxes, Retaining Walls, Fountains and Pools. Concrete surfaces shall be cured for a minimum of 28 days. Surface should have light steel trowel finish followed by a fine hair broom or equivalent finish. Substrate should be free from dust, oil, curing agent resi- dues and other contaminants. All shrinkage and non moving structural cracks under 1.5mm shall be filled with not less than 1.5mm (1500 wet microns) of TREMproof 60R extending 75mm to both sides of the crack. Cracks wider that 1.5mm should be routed to 6mm width and 13mm depth. Install a closed cell polyethylene backing rod and seal with TREMproof 60R extended to 75mm either side of the joint. Wherever a vertical penetration exists (eg parapet walls, columns, stacks etc.) install a 25mm fillet of TREMproof 60R at the point where the vertical and horizontal surfaces intersect. The TREMproof 60 membrane should then be applied over the fillet to a height of approximately 75mm to form an overflashing. Voids and honeycomb must be patched with a non-shrinking, quick setting grout. Allow the patched area a minimum of 7 days to cure.

Duram 195 is a single pack, liquid applied, moisture curing, self leveling, waterproofing membrane which cures to form a seamless, tough, durable, elastomeric (class 3 ) waterproofing membrane. Duram 195 incorporates UV stabilisers, UV absorbers and anti-oxidants to enable the product to provide greater UV protection and stability than conventional aromatic polyurethane membranes. Duram 195 bonds well to most suitably primed building substrates and is suitable for above and below ground applications. Duram 195 is black in colour but will not bleed or stain tiles or grout as the product is tar and bitumen free. Duram 195 meets the 'Green Star' environment criteria. Surfaces must be made good and should be sound, stable, dry, clean and free of dirt, dust and contaminants and suitably primed.
