is a polyurethane modified copolymer acrylic waterproofing membrane
specifically formulated for bathrooms, laundries, balconies, terraces and other
wet areas. Use Duromastic P15 Diamond prior to installing mortar beds, render
or tiling. The membrane forms a grey coloured water resistant elastomeric film
with excellent durability. Application:
Do not apply externally if
rain is expected presently. Do not apply below 100oC or above 300oC externally.
Ensure that the primer coat is completely dry. Apply evenly and check for
missed areas and pin-holes. Apply further coats from cross directions after 4
to 6 hours. Do not apply as one coat. Apply down into drainage outlets. Use
reinforcing fabric over expansion joints, cracks, all wall and floor junctions,
and pipe penetrations. Apply this by first brushing out a layer of membrane (1-2
mm), next lay in the fabric and ensure there are no air bubbles, and the fabric
is fully set in without wrinkles. Then brush over with more membrane. Good air
flow and warmth will speed drying

Duroflex Tank Cementitious Membrane
Duroflex tank is a two component polymer modified cementitious coating designed for waterproofing concrete and masonry surfaces in a variety of applications. Applied by roller, brush, trowel or spray methods, once cured Duroflex tank provides a protective barrier to concrete surfaces against salts, chlorides and carbonation. Designed for use in permanently wet and damp conditions including applications such as: Concrete walls and surfaces in subterranean areas. Water features, tanks and fish ponds (able to be tiled over). Protection of concrete columns, pillars and general surfaces against chloride attack and carbonation Coating of concrete water retaining channels, pits, drains. External waterproof protection on concrete. Recommended to overcoat with Wrimco UV protective coatings). Based on unique cross linking polymer technology, Duroflex tank displays outstanding adhesion properties over numerous building substrates including concrete, masonry, renders, screeds and cement based mineral surfaces. No priming is required as Duroflex basement bonds to clean pre-dampened surfaces free of surface water. For applications where finishes need to be applied over this membrane, tiles, renders, textures and solvent free paints are able to be directly applied to the cured Duroflex tank surface
Duromastic ACS-3 is a two-component cementitious membrane that consists of a liquid and a powder. The product is designed as a two component system so the unique property of the mix ratio allows for fast drying system and a degree of flexibility in this waterproofing membrane. ACS-3 is particularly suitable for applications where polymer modified render will be applied or in conditions where other water based waterproofing products have difficulty in drying due to excessive humidity and/or coolness. (Please consult with Durotech Technical Representative regarding suitable drying conditions for this product). ACS-3 will form a waterproofing lining on materials like concrete, cement render, Fibre cement board and other sheeting materials All surfaces must be clean and dry. The product is classified Class III in accordance with AS 4858 2004
ARDEX WPM 300 (HydrEpoxy 300)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ARDEX WPM 300 (HydrEpoxy 300) is a two component water based epoxy polyamide membrane/barrier coating. Approved for use with potable (drinking) water, independent testing confirms conformity with the requirements of AS4020.2000 and BS6920. FEATURES/BENEFITS: Non-flammable and negligible odour. Can be applied to damp surfaces. Can be safely applied to freshly laid hardened (green) concrete. Conforms to requirements of the: Building Code of Australia as a waterproofing membrane. Conforms to the requirements of: Australian standard 4020 - 2000 and British Standard 6920 for use in contact with potable water. When applied directly to the substrate the cured membrane will withstand 250kPa of hydrostatic pressure which is equivalent to a 25 metre head of water. When used wet on wet over ARDEX WPM 256 Bonding Bridge the cured membrane will withstand 400kPa of pressure which is equivalent to 40 metre head of water. Can be overcoated using almost any decorative or industrial finishing paint. Prevents rising damp and the formation of efflorescence when used as a single coat barrier coat. Has excellent adhesion to most substrates including brick, masonry, concrete block, concrete, stone and timber. Easy clean-up using water. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: As a low water vapour transmission coating in the building and construction industries and as a barrier/seal coating over freshly laid or damp concrete. As a hydrostatic pressure resistant waterproofing membrane to prevent water seepage or dampness penetration through to the interior of walls and floors. As a waterproofing barrier on the negative side in below grade surfaces such as basements, tunnels, liftwells, retaining walls and carparks. As a waterproofing membrane or barrier coating over freshly laid hardened (green) concrete, prior to the application of conventional levelling compounds, carpet and tile adhesives. As a waterproofing membrane in tanking applications, including potable water containment. As a barrier seal coating over damp, green or efflorescence producing concrete prior to overcoating with conventional building paints.
Duromastic ACS Fibre
is a liquid applied co-polymer membrane containing a fibrous filament reinforcing. When fully cured itforms a flexible waterproof lining for wet areas as tested to class II Australian Standard AS:4858-2004 "Wet Area Membranes". This membrane complies to AS:3740-2004 " Waterproofing of wet areas within residential buildings".
It forms a waterproof lining to most building materials including reinforced concrete, cement render, water resistant plasterboard and fibre reinforced cement sheet flooring etc. The surface must be firmly fixed to manufacturers directions, free of protrusions, dirt, oil and other contaminants and surface must be dry.
Duromastic P15 membrane is a modified acrylic urethane membrane. This membrane has been formulated to create a tenacious bond to most surfaces. It is a tough flexible waterproof membrane with a high film strength, and exceptional elongation and elasticity, that will expand and contract under normal substrate movement.
