is a liquid membrane product based on a unique
double crosslinked copolymer system. The product is waterbased yet offers
strong water resistance. The cured membrane has exceptional flex and elasticity
for good crack-bridging properties while at the same time maintaining good
tensile film strength. DUROPOND has excellent re-sistance to UV, colour fade
and chalking. DUROPOND is easily maintained, recoated and re-paired .The water
content is low which enables fast drying, and thick films to be built up
quickly. The product is supplied as a thixotropic liquid, which is easily
applied to both vertical and horizontal surfaces. It complies fully with the
test requirements of AS:4858-2004 "Wet Area Membranes" and passes at
Class III, the highest level in the Australian standard. DUROPOND is applied as
part of a system with primer Duromix Hibuild WBE.
Duromix WBE HiBuild Epoxy
is a two component water based epoxy coating used to prime seal, and coat concrete and masonry surfaces. It cures to a tough chemical and water resistant coating with excellent adhesion to sound concrete.
Water based, user friendly. Low odour. Environmentally friendly. Excellent water resistance. Excellent oil resistance. Excellent adhesion to fresh concrete. Applicable to damp surfaces. Resists hydrostatic pressure when cured. Requires a UV resistant top coat when in direct sunlight.
Duromastic P15 Diamond
Duromastic P15 Diamond is a polyurethane modified copolymer acrylic waterproofing membrane specifically formulated for bathrooms, laundries, balconies, terraces and other wet areas. Use Duromastic P15 Diamond prior to installing mortar beds, render or tiling. The membrane forms a grey coloured water resistant elastomeric film with excellent durability. Application: Do not apply externally if rain is expected presently. Do not apply below 100oC or above 300oC externally. Ensure that the primer coat is completely dry. Apply evenly and check for missed areas and pin-holes. Apply further coats from cross directions after 4 to 6 hours. Do not apply as one coat. Apply down into drainage outlets. Use reinforcing fabric over expansion joints, cracks, all wall and floor junctions, and pipe penetrations. Apply this by first brushing out a layer of membrane (1-2 mm), next lay in the fabric and ensure there are no air bubbles, and the fabric is fully set in without wrinkles. Then brush over with more membrane. Good air flow and warmth will speed drying
WPM 002 (Superflex Two Part) is a tough, fast drying two component waterproofing membrane specifically designed for use under tiles. The product has been uniquely formulated with synthetic microfibers to increase its strength and eliminate the need for a separate reinforcement mat. WPM 002 is based on the most advanced acrylic polymer technology, and is totally resistant to re-emulsification.
WPM 002 is flexible, low in odour, and is fully compatible with polymer modified tile adhesives. Wrimco WPM 002 is one of the fastest drying acrylic membranes on the market - normally ready to tile in 16 - 24 hours @23oC. WPM 002 meets the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star IEQ-13 requirements for Architectural Sealant when tested in accordance with SCAQMD Method 304-91 Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in Various Materials as referenced by South Coast Air Quality Management Division (SCAQMD) Rule 1168. Fibre reinforced: Excellent strength, eliminates need for reinforcing mat. Flexible: Accommodates normal building movement. Advanced acrylic: Will not re-emulsify. Designed for tiling: Fully compatible with our tile system adhesives. Water based, low odour and easy cleaning for undertile waterproofing in shower recesses. Conforms to the requirements of AS/NZ 4858:2004 Wet Area Membranes (Ref: CSIRO Report 3879). *Critical areas include areas where the membrane is applied at greater than 0.5mm or over impermeable substances such as over bond breakers or incorporating other reinforcement. Longer drying times are necessary in these areas
Duroflex Tank Cementitious Membrane
Duroflex tank is a two component polymer modified cementitious coating designed for waterproofing concrete and masonry surfaces in a variety of applications. Applied by roller, brush, trowel or spray methods, once cured Duroflex tank provides a protective barrier to concrete surfaces against salts, chlorides and carbonation. Designed for use in permanently wet and damp conditions including applications such as:Concrete walls and surfaces in subterranean areas. Water features, tanks and fish ponds (able to be tiled over). Protection of concrete columns, pillars and general surfaces against chloride attack and carbonation Coating of concrete water retaining channels, pits, drains. External waterproof protection on concrete. Recommended to overcoat with Wrimco UV protective coatings). Based on unique cross linking polymer technology, Duroflex tank displays outstanding adhesion properties over numerous building substrates including concrete, masonry, renders, screeds and cement based mineral surfaces. No priming is required as Duroflex basement bonds to clean pre-dampened surfaces free of surface water. For applications where finishes need to be applied over this membrane, tiles, renders, textures and solvent free paints are able to be directly applied to the cured Duroflex tank surface.
Maxseal flex is a coating with flexible and waterproofing properties that adheres to practically every surface such as concrete, natural and artificial stone, mortar plasters, bricks, concrete blocks, etc. subjected to both positive or negative high water pressure waterproof coating that adheres to common substrates in construction such as concrete, natural and artificial stone, traditional mortar plasters, bricks, concrete blocks. once applied and cured, Maxseal flex provides a non-toxic, flexible and waterproof coating that adheres to those common substrates in construction such as concrete, natural and artificial stone, traditional mortar plasters, bricks, concrete blocks. can be rendered over or painted. can be rendered over 24 hours after second coat applied - flick or scratch coat must be applied by renderer - after 14 days can be painted over, normal paint procedure on any cement based coatings. Maxseal flex is a two component product: component a is a mortar based on a mixture of special cements, additives and well-graded fillers and component b is a liquid based on special synthetic resin. Maxseal flex is a coating with flexible and waterproofing properties that adheres to practically every surface such as concrete, natural and artificial stone, mortar plasters, bricks, concrete blocks, etc. once applied and cured, Maxseal flex provides a non-toxic, flexible and waterproof coating that adheres to those common substrates in construction such as concrete, natural and artificial stone, traditional mortar plasters, bricks, concrete blocks. Application fields: waterproofing and protection of water retaining structures, such as drinking water tanks, reservoirs, water mains and swimming pools. waterproofing of below-grade structures like basements, retaining walls, foundations, tunnels, galleries subjected to both positive or negative high water pressure. internal and external waterproofing and protection of new and old buildings, façades against dampness, rain, pollution, and aggressive environments. waterproofing and protection of concrete against carbonation, freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts in highways and chlorine penetration in public works, irrigation channels, dams, retaining walls and water treatment plants, bridges, etc. tile fixing and waterproofing of bathrooms, kitchens and other wet rooms in hotels, hospitals, offices and residential buildings, also suitable for exterior applications. waterproofing of jardinieres, terraces and balconies under the pavement.
